https://kycnot.me/ - An aggregator of an impressive amount of services, including non-KYC exchanges for XMR, VPNs, Web Hosting, Storage, SMS Verification, etc.

https://geti2p.net/en/ - i2p, the superior version of TOR. Actually fast, but services need to support its protocol. Notable examples include Dread, AlphaBay, among other markets. Complicated to get set up sometimes, especially on Tails, but always worth it.

https://antinalysis.org/ - Check if your BTC address is being watched by Elliptic or Chainalysis. THIS IS IMPORTANT. You need to make sure your funds are clean before cashing them back out or the IRS will be on your ass.

https://deepweb.net/ - Dark Net Search Engine, extremely useful. Also offers jabber (xmpp) account creation, and a one-time note system similar to privnote.
https://chemforum.info/ - One of the best sites for chemical synthesis discussion, as well as stealth, OPSEC information, lab busts, has it's own library, instructional videos on synthesizing very illegal chemicals, etc. (Yes, videos, where they walk you through how to make shit). They fund drug labs as long as you use the profits to pay them back, with interest of course. That's not advised, but that's just one of their services. They also arrange the sales of other precursors. Lots of cool sections to look around at, also has an onion link.
